  • 500 grams Iskele Dried Figs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 grams of rice

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 glass of water

  • Chop the onions into cubes. Heat the oil and olive oil in the pan. Transfer the chopped onions to the pot and fry them. Add pine nuts to the roasted onions and continue frying.
  • Wash the rice and drain it. Add rice to the roasted onions and pine nuts and continue roasting. Add the seasonings to the rice. Finally, add the water and cover the pot and cook until the rice is soft.
  • Put enough hot water to cover the dried figs and drain when the figs soften a little.
  • Carve the lower part of the figs with the help of a knife and fill them with the stuffing with the help of a teaspoon.
  • Serve after cooling. Enjoy your meal.
